Awful place

This place is a joke. We ordered our floors through them and they do not stand by there product quality control. We were pushed between them and Gallaher the distributor Corona uses. With each company not taking responsibility for their products faults. I would not use them as they do not take care of the customers. Only concern seems to be their bottom line. You can buy any floor they offer somewhere else for the same price and better service. Think twice about using them when you spend big money on new floors.

A case of buyers remorse. Jonathan and his wife decided to purchase flooring from us because of our 5 star service and great price. They selected a rustic grade product because they loved the color and the width. When it came time to install it they didn't like the character in the floor (knots/grain). We explained that it is a rustic character grade flooring and that a select grade is available if they would like to switch. They did not like that the select grade was only available in a 5" width so they proceeded to install the flooring and picked out all of the boards they did not like. They then wanted the manufacturer to replace 1/3 of their flooring with new material so they can get a select grade look. Unfortunately the manufacturer did not entertain that idea because Jonathan new the flooring was a rustic grade and it is significantly less expensive because it is a select grade. We tried to do everything in our power to satisfy Jonathan but some people are just impossible to please.
