Not bad but one problem

The delivery company that you guys use makes the mistake of setting up curbside delivery before they actually receive the merchandise. So in my case I had to have two guys waiting all day to receive the wood from the truck to bring it in the house and I never got my delivery because the delivery company said it wasn’t in the container that it was supposed to be in. So it cost me $500 in labor to have two guys sit at myHouse to wait for a delivery that never came. Besides that everything was

We strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers by only working with the largest most reputable freight carriers in the country such as UPS which was used to deliver your flooring. We would like you to know that this is a isolated issue that was out of our control. As soon as the issue was reported to us we quickly made contact with the shipper to find out what happened and make sure it did not happen again. We will continue to monitor UPS shipments and should we have more issues we will consider switching to a different carrier.
