This was my first time using Corona Hardwood. We wanted to change all the tile in both the upstairs and downstairs so we went to the store and picked the tile we wanted. It was such a great experience. We were trying to hurry and buy a certain print that we were 100% certain that we wanted. The salesperson, Ben, took the time to tell us we were going too fast. He recommended we take the sample home and think about it and look at it in our home before making such a big decision. So, we checked out a few different samples and took them home. In the end, we ended up going with a different print than our first choice. We were so happy that Ben encouraged us to take our time and get what we really wanted rather than just pushing us to make a sale.

We didn't know who to have install the flooring, but Ben recommended someone, and we called them. They came over and did the install, and it turned out just perfect in every way. It was all very professional and very good. We ended up needing a few more pieces than what we originally ordered, and when those pieces came in, Corona Hardwood delivered them for us and took pictures of all the new flooring. We are very happy. It was an excellent overall experience, and we have already recommended a few people to them.
