I have used them before. It was good work but I had a little problem with the overall customer service. One of the things that stuck out was we placed order for one type of wood for a room that had water damaged floors. The flooring needed to match the rest of the house and Nick said he had the exact match but we didn't get exactly what we asked for. It was white oak not red oak but all in all it was okay because it was pretty much the same color. Also they were supposed to delivery in the morning but they came at night, so I had to pay the installation crew twice for their time.
