This location is rarely friendly, shrunk multiple wool coats at same visit, doesn't take responsibilities for any errors, states a tone when V.I.P. customer asks for e.g. 2 day service...usually displays morose behavior. All the above comments are in reference to one particular employee - not the owner, but an employee. The female (Hispanic) that is typically there during the day shift beginning early in the morning. Because she is an employee she doesn't realize that the customers are helping this owner stay in business. And the owner should be on top of all employees treatment of customers, etc.
