Why do we love Customer Lobby? Let me count the ways!
1. Customer Service. Live, friendly people answer their phones and have answers to the many questions we ask.
2. They help my SEO on Google. LOVE THAT.
3. They offer solutions and help when you don't even realize you need it - every time I call I learn something new.
4. You control what questions your customers answer. It's great to find out the good, the bad and the ugly. Makes us better every time!
5. Professional from the get go. I am not going to lie - when my husband said he wanted to sign up with this service I was incredibly skeptical. They $@!#% away EVERY time I need something. Always happy to help and ready to serve.
6. The reviews show up on my business facebook page, web page and did I mention it helps with our SEO?????? LOVE!
7. Every person I talk to is genuinely happy to help me. WHERE DOES THIS HAPPEN IN 2015? (besides our company ;) )
8. They handle EVERYTHING. If we give phone numbers/emails/flyers to our customers, and the customer reviews, they LITERALLY handle everything. I do not have to follow up with phone calls or chase our customers. In our business, that is CRUCIAL!
9. Get a bad review? They counsel you on how to handle it professionally. They don't leave you hanging. They are experienced at this, LET THEM HELP YOU. They even listen as you whine. I LOVE THAT.
10. Their systems are spot on EVERY TIME. This company is one to learn from; Systems, customer service, billing, solutions. I am over the moon!
