Valuable Service. Professional Staff.

This service was more valuable than I first realized when signing up. As a service business, we many times knew that our customers were happy, but did not have the time or bandwidth to ask them to write a review on our services.

Customer Lobby basically made the process of a customer creating a review on our services extremely easy.

This service allowed us to unlock a lot of the good will we have worked so hard to create with our customers and actually use it to create new work. Word of mouth has been our primary source of business, and this service really helps strengthen this by making just lowering the bar for a customer to write a review.
