We have a building on our farm from the seventies that has a lot of problems with moisture and mold. We looked around for flooring that was durable but also green-friendly. We had issues with the existing flooring because the linoleum tiles had started peeling up. We peeled the rest up and found some tarry stuff underneath. The tiles may also contain asbestos. We finally settled on a floor and it is being installed now. Two of the five apartments in the building are done, and they started on the third one today.
