Dr Bird... You could have made my sweet baby's last days at least less miserable....if you had Bothered to Return my calls... Just two days after she saw you, her condition worsened Greatly. A message to your voicemail, a message to your office staff and several calls (Not Answered) that, even today, a week later have GONE UNANSWERED, we had no choice left but to take her to an Emergency Animal Hospital! She died that night.....and SHAME on you and YOUR STAFF for lack of caring... We left your office on Monday, Dec 16, trusting in your care, although unsure of your diagnosis. We waited to hear the results of the lab test.
We watched as our dog became more and more ill over the next two days; her hair falling out and numerous lesions appearing on her body.....
And you didn't return our calls of concern. You were more than happy to accept our money 🤑
