You can call at anytime, they will put you on perm a hold.
They will forget about you waiting in your car.
You will talk to 3 different people trying to get one thing.. no one knows what is going on.
Myself and 3 co workers have went elsewhere from all of this happening to each of us. The vets are nice if you can ever make it passed making an appt.
