3 Strikes, You're Out.
We were a loyal customer and always found their service and work to be great, but no more. Didn't take care of both items on the first service call even though we'd been promised they would, with two different items on the second call they still didn't get it right meaning I had to wait around for the visit from the sales person (time away from work on a weekday), only to have them NEVER deliver the promised estimate or recommendations. 3 strikes, you're out. We will be working with a different, more responsive and responsible service.
