The majority of the front desk staff could take lessons in providing customer service FROM Comcast and it would be an improvement! Are you old enough to remember being valued as a customer? There are a few care providers, nurses that are genuine gems! I hope their talent isn't wasted or goes unrecognized because getting past the Gestapo is a nightmare of vacilating between cajoling, pleading, demanding to be respected as a paying client. YOU HAVE OTHER CHOICES TRUST ME - KEEP SEARCHING! Call their number and listen to their three hour phone tree menu and ask yourself does it convey a partnership in care? The telebank 1-800 number customer service rep in India makes me feel more valued. I have never written a review of anything before but feel so strongly that this clinic epitomizes the distortion of who is working for whom that it's my duty to warn you... Run away fast and don't look back!
