I have been going to TFM for approximately 11 years. I am currently seeing Bobbi Sherry PA-C and very happy with her. She is thorough, caring and takes time with you. She always answers my questions or concerns and there's never been an issue being referred to a specialist.
The receptionists have always been polite and helpful. I agree the phone message is a bit long but I select Zero at the beginning of the message or select ext # for my nurse.
My pharmacy has never had a problem requesting refills and I've always gotten return calls in a reasonable amount of time.
Yes, I do recommend them.
