I have my personal residence and my 4 rental properties enrolled in their annual service plan. I pay a monthly fee for each house, but included in my fee is a Spring A/C preventative maintenance service and a Fall furnace and whole house humidifier preventative maintenance. I also get discounts on repairs and service from the standard fees and if service is needed throughout the year, I am on a priority list above those customers that are not enrolled in the plan. It might make the difference between same day service for me and/or my tenants; which makes a difference on a cold night in January or a hot July day in the summer. phd
