Saved the Day
A want to give Kyle Rowland, and the individual I called at Anthony's to schedule emergency service a big virtual hug. We sold our home and had plans to move in a few days, and I came home to a hot house. To say the least, I was freaking out! My husband travels a lot, and I was tasked with packing, taking care of three kids, two dogs, five chickens and I work full time. With the kids starting a new school, one leaving for college, and plans to move our home is in utter chaos. Coming home to a broken A/C about put me over the edge. Thankfully, I called Anthony's spoke to someone who was patient with me, saw our recent service calls and quickly dispatched someone to come out. Within 45 mins. Kyle showed up and saved the day. While we packed, Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it immediately. Because we are a long time clients and are enrolled in the service program, he cut me a huge break and didn't charge us for a service call. This confirmed my decision that I had made a few weeks ago to transfer our program to our new home before we had moved! All my experiences with tech have been 5 star, and Kyle was so kind and personable. This company and their associates are the best there is!
