Very frustrated loosing customer
I was with Erie for 2 years. Then I signed up with Progressive for 2 years. When I quoted online, Erie showed a better quote. Someone from Tom's agency gave me a call too. When I returned the call thinking that they would be happy to get me back, Tom's behavior was very bad. He was not happy seeing that I shop around every couple of years. He told me to find another agent. So frustrated agent!! Don't know to deal with customers..
