I think that bankruptcy is very overwhelming for everybody involved and is a tedious task to undertake.

With that in mind..I think there are ways that can make is a little less stressful on the client in particular in having less hands involved in the case. Meaning..it's better to have one paralegal know the facts about the case and consider it their "baby" so to speak rather then having to explain or go through the same questions and answer sessions with three different people.

I know the office handles a lot and my hats off to them but I think the paralegal juggle is very stressful on the clients.

When circumstances are not fully passed on to the next in line to review or step the case forward and when a full comprehension of the case it is very stressful and even makes one wonder if the case is being handled correctly as it's obvious the person reviewing the case is not fully " in -tune" with the case.

Also, returning phone calls needs to be improved. Many times I called and got no response despite messages left. Very frustrating.

Additionally, I think Kathy the final nag person is a sweetheart and I love her and have never met her face to face. What a gem. Hats off Mr Weed for that choice :D

I also feel the website is out of this world fantastic...it makes so many things understandable, helpful and relaxing. The paperwork given out and explanation of things are superior...Job well done on those things.

Overall I would recommend this law office without too much hesitation :D
