This type of legal service is not as typical as I expected. One of the things you always look for in a visit with your attorney is some comfort that you stand a good chance of winning. That is not evident in the "system" of client management used by this firm.

One has to draw conclusions and accept in advance of of any discussions of your potential ability to win the case almost all the way into the process.

As the process moves along you suddenly realize it is a "boiler plate" operation and you are but one piece of a puzzle that the firm is very familiar with. I like knowing that my attorney is working for me and there are few signs that this is the case.

After I caught on the the methods (also realized Mr Weeds and I were born on the same day = Type A) and the steps associated with this system, I was a bit more certain that I would have success in pursuing the Chapter 7 filing I desired.

In the end, it is somewhat quirky but none the less effective when it comes to obtaining the final goal....that being a suitable result in the filing and customer satisfaction.

It would be helpful if one could get a better personal presentation of what the client is facing as they begin their journey.

Bottom line for me is the system works, Attorney Weeds has developed a machine that is efficient and accurate and the results are always the proof of success or failure.
