The process was made easy, but not without some hitches that were not my fault.
Surprisingly easy process. However we had a scare that could have cost us $3K. We called the office and did not receive a call back. We had to make the decision quickly and needed advise. Visited the office and made the issue known and were told "no problem" on the issue. Later that week Bob called and said it WAS a problem but we got by it in the end. A little more attention to my case was all that was needed.
