Overall, the service was phenomenal from the time we walked in until the hearing date. I will be honest and say we were disappointed with the lack of response to voicemails and emails that were left with questions. This only happened with 1 specific person, which is why overall an excellent rating. They were helpful, thorough and made you feel at ease with a very trying process. Would definitely recommend to others needing this type of service.
