I am satisfied with the way the Office handled my case and clearly communicated with me in terms of informations I need and have to know. I wish they have more staff to return calls so in case there are inquiries for prospect clients then you will be able to get those clients right away. The main line gets busy most of the time and most clients would not call and call and call so many times just to get hold of someone then instead these people will go somewhere else. But over-all I am happy with the way the Office handled my case. I am hoping that this will give me a second time to regain my financial stability. Thanks very much!
