One suggestion I have is that this office could keep clients more informed regarding what deadlines and requirements are coming up for their case. I felt like I was asking questions via email quite often about what was coming up next. They did respond to me when I asked the questions, though. I also would like to have had more contact with Mr. Weed. We only had one appointment with him and the rest were with paralegals and others in the office.
