I was not pleased with how long this took to complete, but I do not believe that was anything the law firm could affect. I think the early going was a little sluggish and hard to understand, but I really believe it got much better when it came time to meet with the U.S. Trustee and Kit Kindred took over the case. She was a blessing to us, easy and pleasant to communicate with.
