The staff was very helpful and compassionate. I was surprised with how humanizing the experience was rather than the de-humanizing process I expected. I found it easy to look at the situation rationally and without shame or embarrassment due to the professional, supportive members of the Robert Weed team. They handled it all efficiently and always made sure we knew what to expect. I would recommend them for sure.
