Pretty Good
I have not been discharged yet, so depending on how the next 2 months go, my opinion could change, but so far, I was pleased with everything except for the "customer service". Face to face meetings were great and informative but anytime that I called or emailed with a question, I NEVER got a call or email back. I had questions and worries occasionally so I sent emails and when no response was sent, I called and had to leave voice mails. Never was there a response to those few queries. If you use them, which I WOULD recommed, you need to go to the local office and ask your questions. Aside from that, they took excellent care to make sure that everything was covered and reviewed and the actual Hearing experience was easy and simple. My opinion, my experience, might not happen to you.
