We were pleased overall with the law firm. We can say, they definitely know what they are doing and how to do it. We were somewhat scared about this whole process and were assure at the beginning that we could count on them for any questions we had. Well that wasn't the case! the paralegals (except 2) never returned our phone calls or e-mails. One (Vicki) canceled an appointment with us, but then when we got reschedule she was running 1.5 hours behind and proceed to tell us, that she would cut our time short because, she normally didn't stay late. Well how was that our fault? she is the one that was running late, we showed up on time! We were also given the impression at the beginning that Mr. Weed would be available at least through e-mail to answer our questions and this wasn't true either. At one point we felt lost in the process and hoped things were running smooth. We were pleased with Debbie and Khadra, who always put us at ease and returned our phone calls and e-mails. We can't say the same for Vanessa, who didn't even bother to return our e-mail letting us know, she had received our information.
We just had to hope she had.
