It's obvious how often Counselor Weed and his staff have done this. They think of everything and have most of it written down in an easy to understand manner, helping those easily confused and already distressed with their circumstances to get the relief needed. I've not yet experienced the second part of their engagement, where they commit to helping rebuild credit. I did notice some minor failures in execution that were not confidence shaking but are relatively easy to fix. I was asked again for items I'd provided. Information in the filing copy of the records wasn't in the attorney copy. The office staff was unaware of the appointment I'd made and I had to wait an hour. As a business process expert I see this every day in organizations of this size. At least here, the end result is accomplished. Still, folks in need of a bankruptcy attorney have little extra reserve of patience and tolerance so the little things matter more.
