I recently went through a Ch. 7 bankruptcy using the Law Offices of Robert Weed. While they are technically competent, I found their service to be poor and their communication and follow-up is absolutely unacceptable. I may not have been a typical client, but I found that when I did not take Bob Weed's advice for how to handle certain aspects of my bakruptcy, he became very condescending. Further, due to my unique circumstances, Bob's advice (had I taken it) would have cost me a great deal of money and caused me to lose my house. I paid several thousand dollars and feel I would have been better off if I had filed with the court myself.
