Surf City Pest Control was great about keeping in touch with me throughout the whole process. They asked for half of the payment upfront and then the other half a month later. And they worked with me through multiple scheduling changes. My downstairs tenant kept changing her move-out date later and later, so I had to keep postponing the project. Then when the tenting day finally came, I had two heavy plants upstairs that the Surf City guys carried out for me. They were very helpful, asking me if there was anything else I needed to be moved. This is an excellent company. And, they have the lowest price out there! Just yesterday, someone complained to me about the price she was quoted for termite treatment and I told her she has to call Surf City! Not only is their price the best, but their customer service is fantastic. Nobody cares about customer service anymore, but I felt like Surf City had taken me back to days gone by when customer service was important. I would never use another company for termites! Five stars for Surf City Pest Control! Excellent company!
