Surf City Pest Control had set up everything over the phone with me. The staff was very polite and just as nice as could be. I went over specifically what I needed them to do and the company agreed to the plan. I have ad this type of treatment done in another house so I knew exactly what needed to happen. When the technicians came out to do the treatment on a sub-drain that was dug up all the way around the house's foundation they treated some of the areas. Other areas were left untouched. In fact, there was about twenty feet across the front of my home that went completely untouched. I talked to the technicians while they were there and told them that our agreement was for them to drill holes into the concrete and treat all of the parameters of the house. The technician said, "We do not do that!" So that is the only beef that I had with the company. When I hire someone to do something, I want to them do what I ask them to do. I could not use them again and probably would not recommend them.
