Surf City Pest Control had provided us with services at more than one of our properties. We highly recommend them and will continue using their service. This last visit we sent them out to one of our rental properties. We received no complaints from our tenants, so I believe everything went well. I think they may have done termite control. In the past, they had done termite control for us and did a good job. Surf City Pest Control is really good with communication and scheduling. I really do not have much to compare it with, so I would say that the pricing seems reasonable to me. I think what we like the best about the company is that we appreciate the warranty that they provide. After all, that is why we are a repeat customer.
