This was my first time using Surf City Pest Control. I contacted them to provide pest services. They returned my call right away. I had tried other companies, and they didn't even return my phone call, but Surf City Pest Control got back to me right away. I liked that it was a family-owned operation and that they didn't use subcontractors. The two sons were very polite. I dealt with one son who did the estimate and another who performed the services. My house is surrounded by a deck, and I have pavers, so they had to take extra steps to do the job, and they didn't overcharge me. I had six or seven concerns and they addressed every one. I was very pleased.
