We had a termite problem in our house and Surf City Pest Control helped us deal with that. They fumigated the house once and the termites came back a couple of times after that. So they came back again to give it another try. I don't know if it's their fault or it might just be that our house is difficult to fumigate. We're still finding dead termites occasionally but haven't seen any live ones yet. They never gave me any complaints about coming back, so they weren't argumentative or anything. It was an OK experience overall.
