This is not the first time using Surf City Pest Control. I have used them in the past at rental properties that I own. Most recently I have had them to my home spraying for termites. I had to call them out twice to spray the house and the backyard. Whatever they are using is ineffective at solving my termite issue! In fact, no matter which company I call there seems to be no resolution to getting the termite problem under control. I'm not sure if it's regulation for the chemical's that are used that is causing them to be ineffective in eliminating this pest problem! Other than the spray not being effective this company is responsive and timely. I found the technicians that do come out to be very well mannered, personable and responsive but the service itself does not get rid of the termite infestation problem. When a person calls for services and the issue has not been resolved the rating that I gave them will reflect that.
The treatment of the termites is very ineffective!
