I have heard radio ads about them and was interested in their service vs. traditional realtors. The normal process of signing documents and other move-in nuisances are handled via online tools Renter's Warehouse website including forwarding mail etc which makes everything much more convenient. I would definitely recommend Phillip and Renter's Warehouse to both tenants and landlords in the future.
