This is a review for the leasing agent Philip Hamilton (primarily because we just moved in and haven't really dealt with prop mgmnt yet but Philip was fantastic). If you find a listing with Philip as the leasing agent, consider yourself lucky! He was responsive and efficient.

We had poor luck with other property mgmnt companies (couldn't get a response, rude, etc) so Philip was great to work with. He was available to do a showing on the weekend which was convenient. We applied for and were approved for our rental in the same day (on a Saturday no less). 2 days later we had our keys. He was flexible and met at times that were convenient for our schedules. He was available via text to answer any questions and promptly responded to all my inquiries.

Plus, RW has lots of pet friendly properties (an exceedingly rare option for more and more rentals) which is what we were primarily looking for.
