Matt was great about getting Tenants, then it was all down hill with other RW employees
Matt was excellent with getting tenants, following though with questions I had.
When the lease was expired and we decide to move into the house, could not get anyone to call me or return my calls. Minimum 6 phone call for service to have final walk though. Finally after contacting Matt, Adrian call and said he scheduled our final walk through at 2pm on May 31, 2016. My husband got to the house about 1:30 and waited until 4 pm only to find out Adrian did the walk through at about 10 am. Today is June 17th, haven't heard from anyone regarding the damage done to the house, again I have left 3-4 messages and no return phone calls.
