Don't trust this company

If you are looking to lease a property you own DO NOT DO IT with this company. We have had an ongoing issue with them since November that still is not resolved. We have been charged twice for a repair at our condo and some days the people at Renters Warehouse says "yes you have been we'll refund that money right away" only to turn around the very next day to say that we haven't been charged twice. And that is if you can get someone to discuss it with you! They rarely return calls! On top of that do not let them do a walk through without you present. Our last tenant left and Renters Warehouse said all was good only to find a repair that had to be made before our new tenant could move in. Who paid for that? Yep it was me. Don't trust these people, they will rip you off in any way they can.

This issue has been resolved. The client decided to end the conversation during the line by line explanation. The explanation was incomplete due to that fact. We are happy to have this discussion with the owner at any time. The owners are not owed any additional funds. Finally, the repairs that the client refers to that has been paid by them has been refunded. The refund check has been sent certified mail to ensure the client receives it. No additional monies are owed to this client. As stated above we are happy to discuss this with the client at any time.
