Worst experience with a property management company. I was a landlord and any time the tenants had an issue at the house I would constantly have to follow up with Renters Warehouse because they would do nothing. One instance was regarding the roof at the place. Some shingles blew off in a Monsoon. The tenant put in a service request to have it repaired. Renters Warehouse contacted me about it quickly. I immediately responded to proceed with the repairs. When I didn't hear anything back from them in a week or 2 I called to follow. They said they hadn't gotten authorization. Which they had. Long story short, I had to go through this 4 times before they act;ually sent someone out to make the repairs. The 2 years they managed my property was filled with issues like this. Other things to like not paying you out what is owed to you, but then not letting you know the reason why. If you are gonna rip me off at least have the courtesy to tell me why you are doing so.

If you are a landlord looking for a great property manager, please look elsewhere, renters warehouse is a joke, and I might as well have been managing my own property because I was always having to do the leg work that they were hired to do.
