I was refered to Renters Warhouse by my friend who is also a client of Renters Warehouse. She said she is working with Alicia Calano and strongly recomaned that I start working with RW. I immidiatly ended my contract with GoRenter and swiched to Renters Warehoulse. I found everything my friend told me about Alica to be true, she is hard worker, available any time I have question, comminicates all things clearly, very friendly and easy to work with.
My expereince and my tenants expereince with the person who is working in the office was not the same as Alicia, and we were both dissappointed with the service. I am currenlty working with Kevin who has been a great help in answering my question etc.
I strongly suggeste that Renter WareHouse hire someone as dedicated and hard worker as Alica in the office.
Overall, I am glad I switched to Renters Warehouse and I will recomand RW to friends and relatives.
