Jo Lynn Corr did a fantastic job. I had no idea how long it would take to get the house ready to rent but once it was done, she quickly had it on the market and she found a tenant within 3 days. While I took photos myself, she did do a video walk thru as well. She had good advice for making the house attractive to renters and was very responsive to my emails as I worked through the process to getting the home renter ready.
