I had a horrible experience with this company from day one. I felt like I had to PUSH them to do their job, even though I came to them unsolicited so I was easy business. Each time I spoke to a different person, I was told conflicting information from the time before. I had to pester them for the entire year to continue to provide the service for which I was paying them. By the end of the year, they still did not fulfill their duties and yet charged me large fees that were snuck into the lease agreement and not advertised. I don't care about that as much, though; I really just wanted a company I could trust to take care of my house, and the bottom line is, I do not trust them and will never use them again.
