I contracted with Renter's Warehouse 4 months ago and they did not show my house one time. This is disappointing but is not the reason that I am writing the review. The receive for the review is that the rental agent did not properly lock and close my front door. When I sent someone out to check on the house, the front door was wide open and the Maricopa County Sheriff's department had to be contacted to do a safety check before any one could go in. The house was full of leaves and debris and now the agent and renter's warehouse refuse to pay for the house to be cleaned. The agent is lying about locking the door. If there is any damage to the house I will have to end up pursuing legal action against them. I would not recommend them at all.
