I listened to the advertising they had on the radio in Phoenix, and I was a first time renter, what impressed me the most is how fast they responded to my email inquiries, given I am not living in the country, their responses are to the point, and exactly to what you are expecting from them, the process of renting the property was smooth, they found a tenant in one month, at a very reasonable price.
