Brandon Graham was great! When he met with us to see our rental, he was friendly and competent. He patiently answered all of our questions and we felt assured that he'd do his best to find us a qualified renter. We were right... within a few days, Brandon was sending me applications to review. A couple prospects didn't work out (decided to rent a different house) and although it wasn't his fault, Brandon still apologized for the inconvenience... good customer service! He promptly replied to voice mails and emails.... AND we got our renter within a few weeks! Overall, we were impressed with Brandon's service and would recommend Renter's Warehouse.
