My initial representative was not so good. I don't know what work he put into renting my house as I seldom talked to him. On the other hand, Dave called me and e-mailed me to introduce himself. I drove by the house just a day or so later, and saw a for rent sign up which was a definite positive. He kept me informed whenever he had anything to report, i.e. talking to someone whether they asked to see it or not. I very, very much appreciated that. This is my first "landlord" experience, and so far, Dave and Renters Warehouse have made it a pleasant experience.
