I scored service low because when I used Renters Warehouse for management services I was not happy with the support. In general, I was doing as much work when they managed the site as when I managed it myself. In addition, I got a collection notice from a vendor because Renters Warehouse was not paying them.

On the other hand, I have been using Renters Warehouse for leasing services for a number of years. I work with Philip Hamilton and he is great. Philip has reduced the time to sign a lease and increased the quality of tenants as well as the rents. I have recommended Philip to friends who are also happy with his support.
