DONT ever rent from RENTERS WAREHOUSE

My experience with this company had been poor from day 1 when my AC didnt work and it took them on e week to fix and they have me the run around... it was with regret that I was now stuck in a years long lease. The property was "dirty" old furniture in the ally and my unit wasn't as clean as when I finally moved out. Other issues about bugs, no hot water and trash didn't even get addressed because this company couldn't be bothered now that they have you in the lease. The move out process was a mess took endless calls, emails to schedule the inspection and the owner decided to randomly charge me $200 for cleaning after I made sure the unit was in better condition than when we got it. Do not rent from this company they don't care about you and either does the owner of the property! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Thank you for your recent feedback. I can certainly understand frustration regarding the issues that you mention in your review. It is never good when an AC goes out but there are times when repairs take longer as it did in this case. We take the AC and hot water seriously and worked as diligently as possible to get that fixed quickly. Regarding the move out, there is a definite difference between the move in and move out videos. On the move out video there are a number of stains that needed to be removed from the carpet that are not there on the move in video. We would be happy to send you a copy of the many stains that were left upon move out.
