Cathy Svoboda was instrumental in our new lease. When she showed the home to me, we discussed what my husband and I were looking for in a home and she shared with me what the homeowner was looking for in a tenant. I told her we wanted a long-term lease & assured her that we wouldn't be treating the home as a rental, but that we'd care for it as if it were our own home. We've owned our own home and understand what it means to take care of that home. I think she and I connected and I felt comfortable enough to submit an application, despite my solemn vow to never deal with a property management company again,
Long story short? we got the house! We are moving in over the next two weeks and we are happy with our decision and thankful to Cathy for facilitating the lease between us and our new landlords.
