I wanted to increase the rent to my tenant, by $100/mo. Tony tried to discourage me. However, I asked that he still make the request. I never heard back from him. So, I called back several times to finally find out that the tenant accepted the raise in rent. Tony showed very poor follow up. Then, when it came time to receive my rent, it did NOT reflect the $100 increase. Here's the good news. I decided to call Gabe. He responded promptly, contacted the tenant, and I have received the $100. Both of these gentlemen are a reflection of Renters Wherehouse, so, I have to give them a 3 star rating, as this is the average of very poor service and very good service.
